Questions
- When does Autumn 2026 end?
- At midnight UTC after 30 November. The next season starts straight after, with the ladder back at tier 1 and a new badge at the top.
- Do I need VIP for the season pass?
- No. Every member climbs the same ladder and claims the free track, which pays €2.00. VIP adds the premium track, which pays €12.00, 11 days of VIP and the season badge. The premium track is not sold on its own.
- What if I reach a premium reward without VIP?
- It waits for you. Premium rewards you pass stay claimable until the season ends, so getting VIP later in the season unlocks all of them at once. If VIP runs out, everything you already claimed stays yours.
- What happens to rewards I do not claim?
- They close with the season. Claim them on your dashboard, under Activity and then Season pass, before the end of 30 November.
- Does a new season reset my level?
- No. Season XP starts from zero every season. Your lifetime level, and everything it has unlocked, is counted separately and stays.
- How do I earn season XP?
- By using OME.UNDFND on ome.tv. Time on cam, countries you meet, notes, ISP ratings, cases and achievements all count. A new country is worth 120 XP, the same as an hour on cam.
