Is OME.UNDFND working?

Live checks of the services the extension and this site depend on, read from your browser and repeated every minute. If the overlay is acting up, look here before you reinstall anything.

Checking services

  • Website and accounts

    Signing in, the dashboard, and the server the extension talks to.

  • IP lookups

    The location, network and VPN reading in the overlay.

  • Discord sign-in

    Signing in with Discord, and the #verify step for new accounts.

  • Daily reset

    Free lookups refill and every overlay signs in again. A short pause around it is normal.

Ome.tv itself is not ours to check. If ome.tv will not load at all, with or without the extension, the problem is on their side.

What to do next

  • Everything here is green, but it does not work for you

    Then the problem is most likely on your side, and it is usually one of a few things. The troubleshooting guide goes through them in order, and the setup check shows whether the extension and your account are ready in this browser.

  • Something here is red

    Then it is us, and there is nothing to fix on your computer. Reinstalling or signing out will not help. Wait for it to turn green; this page checks again every minute by itself.

  • Still stuck

    Open a ticket in our Discord server or use one of the other routes on the contact page. Say what you see and which browser you use.
