Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and OME.UNDFND.EU ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the website at ome.undfnd.eu, using any of its features, or authenticating via Discord OAuth2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and VIP subscribers. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

OME.UNDFND.EU provides tools and services designed to enhance the Ome.tv video chat experience through network intelligence and IP geolocation analysis. Our services include:

• IP Geolocation: real-time country, city, ISP, and ASN lookup for Ome.tv session participants
• VPN / Proxy Detection, identification of connections routed through anonymizing services
• ISP Analytics & Ratings, community-driven ratings and data on internet service providers
• Browser Extension, a client-side script that integrates with Ome.tv to display network data during sessions, including an in-page camera analysis that runs entirely in your browser
• Bot & Scam Detection, a community-built verdict on whether a stream appears to be pre-recorded rather than live
• IP Notes, member-written warnings attached to an IP address and visible to other members
• User Dashboard: personal usage statistics, API token management, and account controls
• Community features: a lobby chat, public member profiles with guestbooks, endorsements and reputation, badges, achievements, levels, seasons, and a shared pixel canvas
• Affiliate program: referral codes, commissions and payouts
• VIP Features, extended capabilities available to paid subscribers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use OME.UNDFND.EU you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or older, where your jurisdiction sets a higher age for any part of the service)
• Possess a valid Discord account that is at least 30 days old at the time of registration
• Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform

If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it. Any unused balance on a closed underage account will be refunded to the payer on request.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse access to any user who does not meet these criteria.

Access to the platform requires authentication via Discord OAuth2. By logging in, you authorize us to access your Discord profile information including your user ID, username, and avatar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.

Access Tokens

Upon registration, you are issued a unique API access token. This token authenticates requests from the browser extension to our API. You must not share your access token with third parties. If you believe your token has been compromised, you can regenerate it from your dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your token resulting from your own negligence.

Account Termination by User

You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard at any time, no ticket required. Deletion runs after a short grace period during which you can cancel it. Once it runs, your usage statistics, ratings and personal data are removed from our active systems, subject to the retention carve-outs described in our Privacy Policy.

Any remaining balance is forfeited on deletion and unpaid affiliate commission below the minimum withdrawal threshold cannot be paid out. Withdraw what you are owed first.

Certain features of OME.UNDFND.EU are available exclusively to VIP subscribers. VIP is purchased directly on the site through our checkout, and access is also occasionally granted through VIP codes issued for giveaways, promotions, and compensation.

Purchasing VIP

• VIP is paid from a top-up balance held on your account. You add funds by sending a transfer: BLIK, PayPal, Revolut, or cryptocurrency (LTC, ETH, USDC). Bank transfers are credited once we verify the screenshot you upload; crypto deposits are credited automatically once the transaction confirms on-chain. A BLIK top-up can also be made by giving us a one-time 6-digit code in a private support ticket, which we charge on your instruction while you confirm it in your own banking app; those charges have a 20 zł minimum set by the payment operator, and we never store the code
• We never receive or store your card number, CVC, bank login, or other sensitive payment credentials, and we do not use a hosted checkout or third-party payment processor
• All prices and balances are denominated in euros (EUR). Any złoty figure shown on the site is an approximate conversion for convenience only; the euro amount is what is charged against your balance
• Once your balance covers the plan, completing a purchase debits it instantly and issues your VIP code, no manual steps and no waiting for a support agent

VIP Code Redemption

• Each VIP code is single-use and tied to the account that redeems it
• Codes cannot be transferred, resold, or refunded once redeemed
• Fraudulently obtained codes will be revoked without compensation
• VIP access duration is specified at the point of purchase or code distribution

VIP Expiration

VIP access expires at the end of the purchased period. Expired VIP accounts are automatically downgraded. Purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew, so it is your responsibility to monitor your VIP status from the dashboard and buy again if you wish to continue.

Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

VIP is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and activating VIP, you acknowledge that access begins at once and you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this waives any statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

Beyond your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, all VIP purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error or ran into a technical problem, contact us through our Discord server and we will look into it in good faith.

Your balance

• Your balance is store credit, not money on deposit. It is denominated in euros, can only be spent inside OME.UNDFND.EU, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account
• Balance is not withdrawable. Once credited it can be spent on VIP or cases but not paid back out. (Affiliate commission is separate and is withdrawable. See Affiliate Program)
• Where a top-up is credited in error, or a crypto deposit arrives at the wrong amount, we will correct the balance to reflect what was actually received

Cases

Cases are randomized digital items. Opening one costs either an entitled free opening or an amount debited from your balance, and returns a randomly selected prize: most often VIP days, a bonus case, or nothing at all.

• The odds are published. Every tier shows its full prize table and the exact probability of each outcome before you open it. Those odds, not the animation, are the product
• A case is a game of chance and you may receive nothing. The expected value of a case is deliberately lower than its price. Do not buy cases as a way of obtaining VIP more cheaply, buying a plan directly is always the cheaper route
• Every opening is provably fair and independently verifiable. The random seed, the roll and the resulting prize are recorded for each opening and can be re-checked by anyone at /fair, with no login required
• An opening is final and non-refundable the moment the roll is made, including when the result is "nothing". This is the outcome of the game you chose to play, not a defect
• Prizes are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money

Cases unlock with account history and are subject to per-account limits and cooldowns. We may change prize tables, prices and odds at any time; changes apply to openings made after the change, never retroactively.

Other virtual items

Badges, achievements, levels, XP, seasons, reputation, profile cosmetics and pixel-canvas progress are virtual items granted under a revocable licence. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or removed where they were obtained through a bug, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

OME.UNDFND.EU operates an affiliate program that allows users to earn commission by referring new VIP subscribers. Every registered account is automatically assigned a unique referral code upon first login.

Referral Codes

• A referral code is automatically generated for every account based on your username and a random numeric suffix
• All users may share their code, but only users holding the Affiliate partner role may change it
• Affiliate code changes are handled via a support ticket in our Discord server
• You may not apply your own referral code to your own purchases
• Codes may not be sold, transferred, or used in misleading promotional material

Commission Structure

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of each referred VIP purchase value (in euros). The applicable rate is determined by your cumulative total referred sales at the time of the purchase and is locked in permanently for that transaction:

• 10%, default rate (total referred sales below €50)
• 15%, once cumulative referred sales reach €50
• 20%, once cumulative referred sales reach €200

Commission rates are locked in at the time of each individual purchase and are not retroactively recalculated if tier thresholds are modified in the future.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is €5.00
• Payouts are processed via PayPal or Revolut, and. Where we have crypto payouts enabled: to a USDC, USDT or LTC wallet address you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address; a payout sent to an address you gave us incorrectly cannot be recovered
• Withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator and are not instant
• Only one pending withdrawal request is permitted at a time
• We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a payout if fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is detected

Several features let you publish content other people see: IP Notes, lobby chat, profile guestbook notes, endorsements, your bio and the pixel canvas. You remain responsible for everything you post.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You keep ownership of it.

IP Notes in particular

An IP Note is published to every member who looks up that address, and IP addresses get reassigned, the person your note reaches may have nothing to do with the person you met. Notes therefore must:

• Describe behaviour on a connection, not a person, no names, handles, workplaces, addresses, or any other identifying detail
• Not include an image intended to identify or expose someone, and no image of a person who is visibly a minor, under any circumstances
• Not allege criminal conduct, and not be used to threaten, shame or retaliate

Notes are screened, expire automatically, and can be reported by any member. We remove content that breaches this section, and repeat or serious breaches cost the account the ability to write notes, or the account itself.

If you are the subject of a note and want it removed, email [email protected]. You do not need an account here for us to act on it.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Using IP, location or camera-derived data to identify, locate, contact, expose or pursue anyone off-platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension or API
• Automating requests to our API beyond what is permitted by your access tier
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Scraping, indexing, or bulk-downloading data from the platform
• Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing access to the platform or its APIs
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Interfering with the infrastructure, servers, or network of the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Misrepresenting geolocation data or submitting fraudulent ISP ratings

Violation of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account without refund or prior notice.

All content, code, branding, and design elements of OME.UNDFND.EU, including the browser extension, dashboard, and API, are the exclusive property of OME.UNDFND.EU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the browser extension and platform features solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OME.UNDFND.EU disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Geolocation data will be accurate, complete, or current
• VPN/proxy detection will be 100% accurate
• The extension will function correctly with all browser versions

In no event shall OME.UNDFND.EU be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IP geolocation data is provided for informational purposes only. Do not use it as the sole basis for making decisions that affect individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any VIP access.

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be announced in our Discord server. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with the updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes arising from them or from your use of the platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.

The same is true outside the EU/EEA. If you are a consumer resident in the United States or anywhere else, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own state or country still applies to you, and nothing in these Terms waives a right it gives you or requires you to give up a remedy it provides.
