Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and OME.UNDFND.EU ("we", "us"), the operator of the website at ome.undfnd.eu, its dashboard, its browser extension, and our Discord server and bot (together, "the Service"). By signing in with Discord, installing the extension or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you meet the requirements in Who Can Use It.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data, including data about the people you meet on Ome.tv. Read the two together.

OME.UNDFND.EU is an independent add-on for the Ome.tv video chat. At its centre is an overlay that shows network information about the connection you are on. Around it:

• IP lookup: the country, region, city, internet provider, network (ASN) and network type behind a connection, with VPN and proxy detection. Reliable at country level, good but not perfect at city level. It resolves the network a connection is registered to, never a street address, a house number or a device.
• The browser extension: the overlay itself, running on ome.tv. Installed from the Chrome Web Store, where it is listed as "OME.UNDFND: IP Locator & Auto Skip for Ome.tv". Click Add to Chrome in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera or Vivaldi on a desktop computer, then sign in with Discord on the setup page that opens. No zip file, no Developer mode and no Load unpacked. Updates install automatically through the store.
• Camera analysis in your browser: detection of bots and pre-recorded streams, estimated age and gender, nudity detection, and the automatic skip rules built on them
• Face Analyze (VIP): shows the faces on your call with an estimated age and gender, worked out in your browser, and lets you copy a face picture to your own clipboard. Nothing it shows is sent to us. The Privacy Policy explains how it works
• Camera and audio tools: effects, background cut-out, Face Swap, a video or image in place of your camera, a soundboard and a picture upscaler
• OME Link, OME Party and OME Spectator: your phone as your camera, guests on your call, and (VIP) a two-browser relay between two strangers
• IP Notes: member-written warnings attached to an IP address and visible to other members
• Community features: chat with a global room and a room per country, public member profiles with guestbooks, endorsements and reputation, a member directory, badges, achievements, levels, seasons and a shared pixel canvas
• Dashboard: your usage statistics, extension access, wallet, codes and account controls
• VIP, balance, cases and the affiliate program: see sections 05 to 07

Free use

A free account gets 600 lookups once, then 100 a day. Which features are free and which need VIP is shown on the VIP page. Some free rewards ask you to view a sponsor page first, and the website shows ads to anyone without VIP.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, sometimes without prior notice, not least because it runs on a website we do not control (see Ome.tv & Other Platforms). We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To use OME.UNDFND.EU you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or older, where your jurisdiction sets a higher age for any part of the service)
• Have a Discord account that is at least 90 days old when you sign up
• Stay a member of our Discord server. Leaving it switches off your extension's access
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Service

If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it. Any unused balance on a closed underage account will be refunded to the payer on request.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse access to any user who does not meet these criteria.

You sign in with Discord OAuth2, and only with Discord. The Privacy Policy lists what we receive from Discord. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.

One person, one account. You may not share your account with anyone or run more than one.

Extension access

When you generate the extension it is issued a personal access token and tied to the browser and network it was generated in. A free account can use it in one browser at a time and a VIP account in two. Free accounts cannot generate it through a VPN or proxy. Do not share your extension or its token with anyone. You can sign out other devices and issue a new token from the Security page of your dashboard. We are not responsible for use of your token that results from you sharing it or failing to keep it private.

If you lose your Discord account

Contact us. Once we are satisfied that the account is yours, we can move it to a new Discord account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from Account, then Privacy, in your dashboard, and download a copy of your data from the same page first. Deletion runs after a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it. What it removes, and the few records that survive it, are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Any remaining balance is forfeited on deletion and unpaid affiliate commission below the minimum withdrawal threshold cannot be paid out. Withdraw what you are owed first.

VIP unlocks features that free accounts do not have. You can get it by:

• Buying a plan from your balance on the site
• Redeeming a VIP code: one somebody bought for you as a gift, or one we issued for a giveaway, a promotion or as compensation
• Claiming the Welcome Pack, one free day of VIP once per account, if your account meets the conditions shown on your dashboard
• Boosting our Discord server, which gives you VIP for as long as the boost lasts

Buying VIP

• VIP is paid from a top-up balance held on your account. You add funds by sending a transfer: BLIK, PayPal, Revolut, or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH on the Base network, LTC, XMR, SOL and DOGE). BLIK, PayPal and Revolut top-ups are credited once we check the screenshot you upload. Crypto top-ups are credited automatically once the transaction confirms on-chain; if our watcher for that coin is unavailable, they are checked from your screenshot instead, and the recharge screen tells you which applies before you send anything. A BLIK top-up can also be made by giving us a one-time 6-digit code in a private support ticket, which we charge on your instruction while you confirm it in your own banking app. Those charges have a 20 zł minimum set by the payment operator, and we never store the code
• We never receive or store your card number, CVC, bank login, or other sensitive payment credentials, and we do not use a hosted checkout or third-party payment processor
• All prices and balances are denominated in euros (EUR). Any złoty or US dollar figure shown on the site is an approximate conversion for convenience only; the euro amount is what is charged against your balance
• A partner's affiliate code entered at checkout lowers the price by that partner's commission rate (see Affiliate Program)
• Once your balance covers the plan, completing a purchase debits it instantly and issues a VIP code, which you redeem on your own account or give to someone else. A Lifetime plan bought for yourself switches on at once instead (see Lifetime VIP below)

VIP codes

• Each VIP code is single-use and tied to the account that redeems it
• A code may be given to someone before it is redeemed, which is what a gift is. It may not be sold or traded
• No VIP code can be redeemed on an account that already has Lifetime VIP
• Codes cannot be refunded once redeemed
• Fraudulently obtained codes will be revoked without compensation
• VIP duration is stated at the point of purchase or when the code is issued

Lifetime VIP

Lifetime VIP is VIP bought once, with no expiry date. "Lifetime" means for as long as OME.UNDFND.EU operates its VIP service, not the lifetime of any person. Bought for yourself, it switches on for your account at the moment of purchase. Bought as a gift, it is issued as a code like any other plan, and an account that already has Lifetime VIP can only buy it as a gift. Once redeemed, Lifetime VIP cannot be resold or moved to another account. It does not renew and is not charged again, and storewide sales do not apply to it. Activating it replaces any timed VIP still left on the account. Lifetime VIP is subject to these Terms like any other VIP: an account terminated for breaking them, including by sharing it, loses Lifetime VIP without a refund.

VIP expiration and auto-renew

Timed VIP access expires at the end of the purchased period; Lifetime VIP does not expire. Expired VIP accounts are automatically downgraded. Purchases do not renew unless you switch on auto-renew in your dashboard wallet, in which case the plan you chose is paid from your balance when your VIP runs out, for as long as you leave it on and your balance covers it. Otherwise it is your responsibility to monitor your VIP status from the dashboard and buy again if you wish to continue.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

VIP is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and activating VIP, you acknowledge that access begins at once and you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this waives any statutory right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

Beyond your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, all VIP purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error or ran into a technical problem, email us at [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord server, and we will look into it in good faith.

Your balance

• Your balance is store credit, not money on deposit. It is denominated in euros, can only be spent inside OME.UNDFND.EU, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account
• Balance is not withdrawable. Once credited it can be spent on VIP or cases but not paid back out. Affiliate commission is separate and is withdrawable (see Affiliate Program)
• Where a top-up is credited in error, or a crypto deposit arrives at the wrong amount, we will correct the balance to reflect what was actually received

Cases

Cases are randomized digital items. Opening one costs either a free opening you are entitled to or an amount debited from your balance, and returns a randomly selected prize: most often VIP days, a bonus case, or nothing at all. Some free openings ask you to view a sponsor page first.

• The odds are published. Every tier shows its full prize table and the exact probability of each outcome before you open it. Those odds, not the animation, are the product
• A case is a game of chance and you may receive nothing. The expected value of a case is deliberately lower than its price. Do not buy cases as a way of obtaining VIP more cheaply: buying a plan directly is always the cheaper route
• Every opening is provably fair and independently verifiable. The random seed, the roll and the resulting prize are recorded for each opening and can be re-checked by anyone at /fair, with no login required
• An opening is final and non-refundable the moment the roll is made, including when the result is "nothing". This is the outcome of the game you chose to play, not a defect
• Prizes are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money
• If the law where you live restricts buying randomized digital items, do not open paid cases

Cases unlock with account history and are subject to per-account limits and cooldowns. We may change prize tables, prices and odds at any time; changes apply to openings made after the change, never retroactively.

Other virtual items

Badges, achievements, levels, XP, seasons, reputation, profile cosmetics and pixel-canvas progress are virtual items granted under a revocable licence. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or removed where they were obtained through a bug, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Every account gets a referral code on first sign-in. When somebody buys VIP with your code, they pay less and you earn a commission.

Referral codes and links

• Your code is generated from your username and a random number. Anyone may share their code, but only holders of the Affiliate partner role may change it, through a support ticket in our Discord server
• A link to the site with ?ref= and your code remembers you for 30 days in the visitor's browser, so a purchase they make after signing up is credited to you. The first partner link a visitor arrives from is the one that counts
• You may not apply your own referral code to your own purchases
• Codes may not be sold, transferred, or used in misleading promotional material

Discount and commission

A buyer using your code gets a discount equal to your current commission rate, and your commission is that same rate applied to what they actually paid. The rate depends on your total referred sales at the time of each purchase:

• 10%: the starting rate, until your referred sales reach €50
• 15%: once your referred sales reach €50
• 20%: once your referred sales reach €200

The rate is locked in for each purchase when it is made and is not recalculated if the thresholds change later.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is €5.00
• Payouts are sent by PayPal or Revolut and, where we have crypto payouts enabled, to a USDC, USDT or LTC wallet address you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address; a payout sent to an address you gave us incorrectly cannot be recovered
• Withdrawals are processed manually by an administrator and are not instant
• Only one pending withdrawal request is permitted at a time
• We may withhold or cancel a payout if we detect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms

Several features let you publish content other people see: chat messages, IP Notes, guestbook notes on profiles, endorsements, your bio and profile title, and the pixel canvas. You remain responsible for everything you post.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You keep ownership of it.

Notes about other people

An IP Note is shown to every member who looks up that address, and IP addresses get reassigned, so the person your note reaches may have nothing to do with the person you met. A note must therefore:

• Describe behaviour, not a person: no names, handles, workplaces, addresses, or any other identifying detail
• Not include an image intended to identify or expose someone, and no image of a person who is visibly a minor, under any circumstances
• Not allege criminal conduct, and not be used to threaten, shame or retaliate

IP Notes expire on their own: after one day on a mobile network, otherwise after 7 to 30 days, as the author chooses.

How content is moderated

• An automatic filter flags abusive language for staff to review
• Any member can report a note, a chat message, a guestbook note, a bio or a profile title
• Members vote on IP Notes, and a note voted down far enough is hidden
• Staff review reports and flags in a moderation queue

We remove content that breaks these Terms. Repeat or serious breaches cost the account the feature concerned, or the account itself. If we acted on your content and you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look at it again.

Reporting content

Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or is about them, with or without an account here, by emailing [email protected]. Tell us where the content is and why it should come down. If you are the subject of a note and want it removed, the same address works.

Several features change what the stranger on your call sees and hears, or bring other people into the call. Whatever goes out on your call is your responsibility, whichever tool produced it.

• Face Swap: use only your own face, or the face of an adult who has agreed to it. Never use the face of a minor. Never use it to pass yourself off as a real person in order to deceive, defraud or harass anyone, and never in sexual content
• Videos, images and the soundboard: play only material you have the right to use. No sexual content involving anyone who has not agreed to it, and nothing involving a minor
• OME Party: every guest you invite must be 18 or older and must know that strangers on your calls may see and hear them. You are responsible for your guests while they are on your call
• OME Spectator: it connects two strangers who do not know a relay is involved. Do not use it to show either of them sexual content, to deceive them for money, or to harass them

The Service does not record calls. Do not record the people you meet, and do not publish or share pictures, video or audio of them anywhere, other than attaching a frame to an IP Note within the rules in section 08.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Using IP, location, camera or face data from the Service to find out who someone is, or to locate, contact, expose or pursue anyone off-platform
• Using the Service to seek out, contact or record anyone who appears to be under 18
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension or API
• Automating requests to our API beyond what is permitted by your access tier
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, the VPN rule for free accounts, the free allowance, or authentication mechanisms
• Scraping, indexing, or bulk-downloading data from the platform
• Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing access to the platform, its APIs, accounts or VIP codes
• Sharing your account or your extension with anyone else
• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Interfering with the infrastructure, servers, or network of the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Submitting fraudulent ISP ratings, location corrections, reports or votes, or misrepresenting geolocation data

Violation of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account without refund or prior notice.

OME.UNDFND.EU is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Ome.tv or its operator. The extension changes a website we do not control, and using it is a matter between you and Ome.tv's own terms. We cannot promise it carries no risk to your Ome.tv account: if Ome.tv restricts or bans you, that is their decision, and not one we can reverse or compensate you for.

Ome.tv can change its site at any time, which can break features of the extension until we adapt them. Discord is also a separate service with its own terms, and those terms apply to your use of our Discord server.

All content, code, branding, and design elements of OME.UNDFND.EU, including the browser extension, dashboard, and API, are the exclusive property of OME.UNDFND.EU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the browser extension and platform features solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our software
• Copy, republish or redistribute the extension or its code, including publishing it, or a modified version of it, in any extension store or under another name
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OME.UNDFND.EU disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Geolocation data will be accurate, complete, or current
• VPN and proxy detection will be 100% accurate
• Age and gender estimates, or bot and nudity detection, will be right. They are statistical guesses by software and are sometimes wrong
• Notes written by members are true. They are members' opinions, not ours
• The extension will work with every browser version, or with Ome.tv as it changes

In no event shall OME.UNDFND.EU be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Everything the Service tells you about another person is for information only. Never use it as the sole basis for a decision that affects them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. We may also take away a single feature, such as writing notes, chatting or opening cases, instead of the whole account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any VIP access.

Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be announced in our Discord server. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with the updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes arising from them or from your use of the platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.

The same is true outside the EU/EEA. If you are a consumer resident in the United States or anywhere else, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own state or country still applies to you, and nothing in these Terms waives a right it gives you or requires you to give up a remedy it provides.
