PayPal, Revolut and the transfers are checked by hand from the screenshot you upload: minutes while a verifier is online, a few hours when nobody is, and the recharge window says which of the two it is before you send anything. Crypto does not wait on a person at all, it is verified automatically on-chain — which is what to use if you are hours away from European time. The BLIK code is the one exception: it is handled live with you in the ticket and so is only offered while someone is online to charge it, because a code expires in about two minutes.

VIP activates instantly, so purchases are final once it's granted (statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected). But "it doesn't work" is a support case, not a lost cause.
