Questions
- Do I get VIP right away?
- A timed plan gives you a VIP code. Redeem it in one click, now or later, and VIP starts then. Lifetime switches on as soon as you pay, unless you buy it as a gift.
- What if I already have VIP?
- The days are added to the time you have left. Lifetime replaces it.
- Does anything renew?
- No. Nothing renews unless you switch on auto-renew, which buys your plan again from your balance right before VIP ends.
- Can I buy VIP for someone else?
- Yes. Tick Buy as a gift and you get a code to send. They redeem it on their own account. A Lifetime code works on any account that does not already have Lifetime.
- How long does a top-up take?
- Crypto credits itself once the network confirms the transfer. BLIK, PayPal and Revolut are checked by a person: in minutes while someone is online, a few hours when nobody is. The top-up page shows the usual wait for each method.
